We are a small, hard-working consulting firm based in Pennsylvania.  Established in 1982, we have been perfecting our craft for over 30 years.  Hough Associates provides specialized environmental consulting services to public and private sector clients helping them meet their goals in efficiency, grant writing, and environmental compliance.  We have served more than 150 different clients since forming the company, with many relationships lasting over 15 years.  We currently serve more than 50 municipalities and several commercial and institutional clients.
